group of men walked into an Apple store at a California mall Sunday and
walked out with hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise — without
paying for any of it.
A
witness told the Daily News that seven or eight “hooded guys” walked
into the store at Santa Rosa Plaza and started grabbing electronics from
the displays.
“They just barged on in,” he told The News.

Satisfied
with their haul, the group ran out of the store, at which point several
Apple employees began chasing them. At least one was caught by mall
security before escaping, according to the witness.
