After hitting the studio back in July, Future and Juice Wrld have been cooking up. As proof, on Saturday (Oct. 13), both rappers shared footage from a new music video their filming on their respective Instagram pages.
This is Hendrix and Juice's first collaboration and appears to be the result of a July studio session.
In behind-the-scenes footage from the visual, the two rappers are seen
in the desert. In one clip, both rappers emerge from a DeLorean, which
has apparently just been wildly driven by Juice. Both MCs are wearing
similar metallic-silver outfits. There is an indication that the video
might have an outer space theme. The track is tentatively titled "Wrld
on Drugs." It is unclear when the collab will officially be released or
what project it will land on.
Both artists are working on new offerings. Future is putting together a follow-up to his BeastMode 2 mixtape, which came out in July. Juice Wrld's Goodbye & Good Riddance was released in May and he currently has at least 120 songs to choose from for a future release.
Juice is quickly becoming a hot commodity. He was recently spotted in the studio with M.I.A. in London. Last week it was announced he will be performing at the upcoming 2018 Rolling Loud Los Angeles Festival.
The showcase will be headlined by Lil Wayne, Post Malone, Cardi B and
Lil Uzi Vert. His breakout single "Lucid Dreams" currently sits at No. 3
on the Billboard Hot 100. The Chicago artist recently chopped it up with XXL about both his fashion and musical influences and more.
