Ace movie maker, Kunle Afolayan, has added another feat to his success as report has it that his latest movie which features singer Simi ‘Mokalik’ has been bought by Netflix.
Kunle Afolayan will be the second Nigerian whose work has been acquired by Netflix with actress Genevieve Nnaji being the first, with her movie, Lionheart.
Granting an interview on the new deal with Netflix, Kunle said;
“I wish to inform you that Netflix has acquired “Mokalik” and some other of my films,” he said.
Mokalik is about an 11-year-old boy who is an apprentice at a mechanic workshop.
